For all artists local or international who want to exhibit and sell their work in a professional  British exhibition space.

We organise contemporary artist exhibitions all over the UK. We welcome all artists and galleries as exhibitors. All artists are welcome to attend the events; for those who can't we have a team on hand to review and sell exhibitors works. Sales at our include interest-free options for buyers (WAF members only).

Artists can exhibit at our events using one of our three following options:

Book a Panel
(spread the cost with interest-free payments)
Rent a panel (see each event for sizes and costs), this option entitles artists to enter a general gallery with mixed art types. A great way for new & emerging artists to exhibit their work without having to be submitted and chosen. Exhibiting in the same venue as professional artists of renown. Check our events webpages for full details.

Submit Your Art
The second option we offer is to simply submit your work (see submission end dates). Submissions are chosen by our curator teams and artists are offered space at the events. Sales of submitted art are subject to a 35% commission.

By Invitation
It's important in any art show to have, internationally recognised artists. We have a superb group of renowned artists who will exhibit at our events. These artists have a large draw in terms of footfall and help to promote the exhibitions through the use of their name reputation and works.

Have Some Questions?

If you buy a panel this is the only charge for entering the exhibition. If you succesfully submit your work and are invited to attend, there is a 35% commission fee.
Whilst we do not ask for a commitment, attending artists are subject to our terms & conditions, for artists who have submitted work we do expect the same work to be available at the event. However, we may accept alternative work if approved by our curators.
Yes galleries can take space at the exhibitions, please email for details & options..
Art sold at our events is paid to the artists once the bank has cleared the funds, we accept card payments. WAF members can offer interest free credit at the events our staff will assist the buyers where necessary. Where possible we ask, that art sold remains displayed until the end of the exhibition. We can also arrange insurance, packaging, and delivery for the buyers.
You can still sell your work for the full amount to the buyer, the scheme is just an optional way to pay. If you sell direct to the buyer you are not charged any fees or commissions from WAF.
Each venue is different, however we want to ensure the quality of art exhibited, for panel buyers we would expect the minimum value to be £250. For submitted art we expect minimum values of £450, we do not have a maximum limit or value.
