  • RESERVE WITH DEPOSIT - Lancaster Xmas pARTy

    Members deposit payment

    From Tuesday 17th to Saturday 21st of December our Xmas pARTy exhibition will take place in Lancaster’s prestigious Storey Gallery.

    The Total cost to attend is just £65 for five days per panel and no sales commissions are taken (less bank handling fees if applicable).

    50% deposit payment - Balance payable by 30 days before the exhibition.

    • Lancaster Xmas pARTy December 2019

      Art Music & Pop-up Bars

      A prestigious and fun 5-day event held at the stunning Storey Gallery and Music Room in Lancaster’s city centre, with a preview held on the Tuesday 5.00pm to 7.00pm including complementary drinks and music.

      The exhibition will run alongside pop-up bars and live music for 3 days of the exhibition Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 3.pm till 9.00pm.

      Exhibitors wishing to attend the can do so for as little as £65 for the full event, this will entitle them to a 32 sq. ft display panel or area (4x8ft).

      Artists can reserve with a deposit of £32.50 and pay the balance of £32.50 30 days before the event.

      No commissions are taken and proceeds of any sales goes to the individual artist whose works are sold (less bank handling fees if applicable).

      Admission is free to the exhibition and Music room. However, we will be selling advanced tickets (to the public) with vouchers to be used at the pop-up bars which offer discounted drinks.

    • REFUND POLICY

      Once a reservation has been made, and the space reserved, we an only make a full refund if the space can be resold. However we will offer a full refund in exceptional circumstances, subject to agreement.

    • SHIPPING ARTWORK

      Artworks must be delivered to the venue prior to the event. Any unsold artworks will be returned the day after the event. details will be given on booking an event.

    • MEMBERS CAN RESERVE WITH A SMALL DEPOSIT
